Kiwi, banana, & spinach smoothie

So for my weight loss I try to supplement my breakfast with something different to keep my

Body nourished and switched up not on a routine today I decided to make a greenie smoothie

The body gets a jump boost start with the kiwi and boosts up the metabolism

Ingredients

for 2 servings

  • 3 kiwis, cubed
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup milk, of choice
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt

Preparation

  1. Put fruit in a freezer bag. Seal and store in freezer for up to 8-12 months.
  2. When ready to use, put milk and spinach into the blender first. Blend until the spinach is fully incorporated into the milk.
  3. Then add Greek yogurt and frozen fruit and mix until consistency is smooth.
  4. Enjoy!
